To Create Line Items for Programs

In AssetWise CONNECT Edition, you can create line items for programs. Each line item represents an activity that must be performed in the program's workflow.

Follow these steps to create line items for activity programs.

  1. In AssetWise Director, open the program for which you want to create a line item.
  2. Expand the Program Line Items topic, and then click New.
  3. Select the Priority for the line item, from the list.
  4. Accept or browse to select the default Activity Template.
  5. Select whether the line item is Excluded and Repeatable, by selecting the appropriate boxes.
  6. Search for the Tag associated to this line item.
  7. Select the Default Item Behavior:
    • Do Not Allow ProgramItems To Be Added To Approved Program
    • AutoInstantiate Activities On Approval Of Program
    • AutoInstantiate And Approve Activities On Approval Of Program
